These terms govern your use of the Brainchef application. By using the app, you agree to these terms in full.
Brainchef grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. Subscriptions are also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
All content available through the app, including text, graphics, and data, is the property of Brainchef and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Brainchef is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in your country of residence.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
